1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FGI Trading B.V. ("FGI", "we", "us", or "our") marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Account Registration

To purchase products from FGI, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

3. Product Licenses

All digital assets purchased from FGI are licensed, not sold. We offer three license types:

3.1 Single License

• Use in one (1) single end product for personal or commercial use
• The end product may be used by you or one client
• Not for resale or redistribution

3.2 Commercial License

• Use in unlimited end products for commercial purposes
• Create products for multiple clients
• No restrictions on number of projects
• Cannot be used for SaaS products or end-user distribution

3.3 Extended License

• All rights from Commercial License
• Use in SaaS applications
• End-user distribution rights
• White-label applications permitted
• Custom modifications allowed

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and applicable taxes at the time of purchase
• Provide valid and current payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method
• Pay in USD unless otherwise specified

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

5. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment:

• Digital assets are available for immediate download
• License keys are generated and sent to your registered email
• Products can be accessed through your account dashboard
• Download links remain active for unlimited time

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased assets without appropriate license
• Claim purchased assets as your own original work
• Use assets to create competing products or services
• Share account credentials or license keys with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble purchased products
• Remove or alter copyright notices or watermarks

7. Intellectual Property

All digital assets, content, features, and functionality are owned by FGI Trading B.V. or our licensors. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights. You receive only the usage rights specified in your license agreement.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Digital assets are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that assets will be error-free or compatible with all systems. While we strive for quality, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

FGI Trading B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
