At FGI Trading B.V., we strive to provide high-quality digital assets and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned," our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting against misuse.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
3. Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds will be granted for the following reasons:
3.1 Technical Issues
- Product files are corrupted or cannot be downloaded
- Files do not match the product description or specifications
- Critical technical defects that prevent product use
- Missing files or components as described in product listing
3.2 Product Misrepresentation
- Product significantly differs from description or preview images
- Advertised features are missing or non-functional
- Compatibility issues not disclosed in product specifications
3.3 Duplicate Purchase
- Accidental duplicate purchase of the same product
- Must be reported within 48 hours of purchase
3.4 Billing Errors
- Incorrect amount charged
- Unauthorized charges
- Wrong license type purchased (upgrade fee may apply)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Compatibility issues with unlisted software versions
- Product does not meet your specific, undisclosed requirements
- You found a similar product elsewhere at a lower price
- Project cancellation or change in project scope
- Request made after 30-day guarantee period
- License key has been activated and product has been used in a project
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Support
Email our support team at info@fgitrading.com with:
- Order number or invoice ID
- Product name and license type
- Detailed reason for refund request
- Screenshots or documentation of the issue (if applicable)
Step 2: Troubleshooting
Our support team will attempt to resolve technical issues first. We may request additional information or offer alternatives such as:
- Technical assistance to resolve download or compatibility issues
- Product replacement or file re-delivery
- Credit toward a different product
Step 3: Review and Decision
Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with our decision and next steps.
6. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
- Your license key will be deactivated immediately
- Access to download links will be revoked
- You must cease all use of the refunded product
7. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be offered:
- Minor defects that can be worked around
- Missing non-essential components
- License downgrade (e.g., Extended to Commercial)
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us:
- Your account will be suspended immediately
- All license keys will be revoked
- Legal action may be pursued for unauthorized chargebacks
- Account may be permanently banned from future purchases

9. Extended License Refunds
Extended licenses have additional restrictions due to their commercial redistribution rights:
- Refund window is reduced to 14 days (instead of 30 days)
- Must provide proof that product has not been integrated into SaaS or distributed
- Signed affidavit may be required for high-value purchases
10. Bundle and Promotional Purchases
For bundle or promotional purchases:
- Individual items within bundles cannot be refunded separately
- Full bundle must be returned for refund
- Promotional discounts are non-transferable
11. Subscription Services (Future)
If we offer subscription services in the future:
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Access continues until end of billing period
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
