License Agreement

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, FGI Trading B.V. ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital assets ("Licensed Material") according to the license type you have purchased. This is a license agreement, not a sale.

3.1 What You CAN Do

• Modify, alter, and customize the Licensed Material
• Combine with other assets or code
• Create derivative works (subject to license type)
• Use in commercial projects (subject to license type)
• Download and use on multiple devices you own

3.2 What You CANNOT Do

• Share your license key or account credentials
• Redistribute the source files (without Extended License)
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Licensed Material
• Remove or alter copyright notices or attribution
• Use the Licensed Material in unlawful or harmful ways
• Transfer your license to another person (licenses are non-transferable)
• Reverse engineer for the purpose of creating competing products

4. Updates and Support

Your license includes:

• Lifetime Updates: Free access to all future versions and updates
• Bug Fixes: Critical bug fixes and security patches
• Documentation: Access to product documentation and guides
• Support: Email support (response time varies by license type)

5. Intellectual Property

The Licensed Material and all intellectual property rights remain the property of FGI Trading B.V. or our licensors. This license does not transfer ownership rights. You receive only usage rights as specified in your license type.

You may not register any trademarks, domain names, or other intellectual property rights based on the Licensed Material.

THE LICENSED MATERIAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that the Licensed Material will be error-free, compatible with all systems, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS LICENSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

9. License Validation

Each license includes a unique license key for validation purposes. We may periodically verify license validity. Using unlicensed or pirated versions violates this agreement and may result in legal action.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Licensed Material
• Delete all copies in your possession
• Remove the Licensed Material from all projects (unless Extended License)

11. License Upgrades

You may upgrade your license at any time by paying the difference in price. Contact our support team to process an upgrade. Downgrades are not available.

12. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Entire Agreement

This License Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and FGI Trading B.V. regarding the Licensed Material.
